Terms of use

Last updated October 10, 2026.

• What you get. Published U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics figures, charts, tables, a release wire and the Kitchen Basket calculator. Figures are shown as BLS published them; BLS may revise them, and the desk follows its revisions.
• No advice. Nothing here is financial, legal or employment advice, and averages are not the prices at any particular store.
• Independent. This site is not the City of Garfield Heights, any government body or BLS.
• Figures Pass. $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, paid through PayPal once payments are switched on. Cancel at any time in PayPal; the Pass runs to the end of the time already paid. While the site is in preview, nothing is charged and every Pass feature is free.
• Your basket link. Whoever holds the link can open and change the basket. Keep it private. Baskets not opened for 400 days are deleted (unless a Pass is running).
• Fair use. Do not overload the site; automated requests are limited.
• Changes. If these terms change, the date above changes.
